![]() FULL-MOON NEWSLETTER I hope this months newsletter reaches you well! Just a short newsletter this month. Thanks to Martin, the morning chanting sessions on zoom continue to run every morning and are usually well attended, with Luangpor often generously giving his time to lead the chanting. Over the last month we’ve also occasionally seen some students from Mahamakut Buddhist University drop in to join the chanting too! There’s no obligation for participants to have their camera’s turned on, and usually everyone is muted except for whoever is leading the chanting, so whoever joins is free to join in in whatever way they feel comfortable. The sessions run from 7:00am to 7:50am and are open to anyone to attend, so I’d encourage anyone who has the opportunity to consider dropping in some time! The Friday afternoon “Living in the Dhamma” zoom discussions are also still running with Tan Sudassano often hosting the group. Last week we had an interesting discussion about the Buddha’s advice on which topics are most suitable or beneficial for conversation, and what that means for our daily interactions and within Dhamma discussions such as the Friday discussion group. The sessions are at 1pm UK time every Friday, and anyone is welcome to join and bring a topic for discussion. Best wishes, Greg ![]() ![]() |
